To prevent any type of miscommunication and ensure our high-quality standard, please note below re communication with your course coordinator, lecturers or any member of staff:
- All communication should be through the official RBS email.
- Members of staff are under no legal obligation to provide you with their personal number. We understand that some of you may have the personal contact number of some staff members but kindly remember that no member staff is under an obligation to reply to your calls, messages, or WhatsApp messages on their personal number. You are invited to refrain from contacting staff members outside of office hours and on their personal numbers.
- It may happen re force majeure situations; the course coordinator may send you a message/ WhatsApp but same will be followed by an official email.
- Should you wish to speak to your course coordinator or lecturer, please send an email to your course coordinator and same will be arranged for.
- Ensure to always cc the Academic Director and course coordinator in all emails.
- You may also contact your course coordinator at Rushmore Business School between 09h00/09h30-17h30 on 696 2671 Monday-Friday or 09h00/09h30-12h00 on Saturday.
